Fresh and Crispy Homemade Tapioca Chips
Tapioca chips from the store were always hard, but not anymore—we’ve started making them at home! The result? Fresh, crispy chips that are far superior to store-bought ones.
From my experience, there are two things that are definitely worth making at home rather than buying from shops:
- Chips
- Pickles
Freshness is key, especially for pickles. I’ll be planning a batch this week to ensure they’re as delicious and fresh as possible. One of the many lessons learned over time!
