Hibiscus Juice Experiment

It’s been a while since I last shared updates from the farm, and I know some might have started to think I’ve retreated to the Himalayas again! 

Actually, I’m still here, busy with various tasks, including an exciting new project: making Hibiscus Juice that can be stored for weeks without preservatives. The ingredients are simple—just petals from the flowers, lemon, and water. But the secret ingredient? Lots of sunlight!
