Mango Ginger: A Hidden Treasure

While preparing the vegetable area, we unearthed about 7 kilograms of Mango Ginger hidden beneath the soil—a delightful surprise treasure from Mother Nature. She always gives so generously, and to honor her kindness, we’ll return 2 kilograms of the ginger back into the soil for replanting, while the rest will be for our consumption.

A friend who visited recently took home about a kilo and later called to thank us for the delicious pickle they made with it. We’ve already made half of ours into pickle as well!
