Organic Giants at Kalaalayam

I used to believe that organic produces are usually smaller and less vibrant compared to hybrid or chemically fed crops. But I’ve discovered this is far from the truth. Perhaps the farmers who discouraged me from organic farming, claiming it was unsustainable, were simply uninformed.



Even without the abundance of cow dung for natural fertilizer, we’ve been able to cultivate produce that is not only sizable but also rich in flavor and nutrients. What truly matters is the quality and taste, both of which are essential for our health. I can confidently say that only organic and traditionally grown plants offer the natural, authentic flavors we crave—not the ones engineered in laboratories.
