Mango Giner Harvest: Nov'20
Recently, we harvested our Mango Ginger plants from our Kadankode Garden. These gingers are delicious when eaten raw with just a touch of crystal sea/rock salt and are fantastic for making pickles. They can even serve as an alternative to coffee in a unique drink. To nurture these plants, we fed them with cow dung and dried leaves.
Now, I’m considering how best to preserve this tasty harvest until the next season. Any preservation tips would be greatly appreciated!
