First Paddy Harvest in Nov'20

Our last paddy harvest of November 2020 came with both joy and a bit of humor. Despite Lord Murugan’s loyal peacocks helping themselves to nearly half of our yield, the remaining rice should be more than enough to meet our family’s needs for the semester.

It’s a reminder that nature works in its own balance—what we lose to the peacocks, we gain in experience and understanding. We are grateful for this harvest and the lessons it brings, knowing that every season adds to our journey toward self-sustainability.
